When Zion Williamson signed a $75 million, seven-year deal with Jordan Brand back in 2019, the world took notice. Since then, the New Orleans Pelicans power forward has been lighting up both the court and the shelves with killer style.

Now, we’ve got a new colorway for his latest silhouette. The Nike Air Jordan Zion 2 basketball shoes in black, white, Photon Dust and Flash Crimson have a slightly military feel, with camo patterns draped across the upper. This might be a nod to his 27-point game over Army as a freshman at Duke, but we don’t know for sure. Either way, it’s dropping in full family sizes on April 10, including men’s and grade school kids’ sizes.

The upper is a mix of white mesh and synthetic suede overlays. These tan camo overlays cover the middle, eyestays and heel. They also feature ventilation holes throughout so you don’t overheat during tense moments. The forefoot lockdown strap is also in camo, with a black tab reading “Zoom Air” in red on the Velcro end. The other end just has a small red Jumpman as an accent.

The padded heel includes a large embroidered red Jumpman, along with red branding inserts on the extended black outsole. The left foot reads “Air Strobel,” and the right foot says “Let’s Dance.”

A black tongue, black laces and black ankle padding add a striking touch of darkness to this otherwise light shoe. The tongue includes “Zion” scrawled vertically in red. The insole branding includes this logo as well. A clean and thick white midsole cuts evenly around the whole shoe. Underneath it is a black rubber outsole with red Zion tread.

With a slight camo touch, these shoes would be amazing to wear to a veteran tribute game. We’re thinking black basketball shorts and the shirt of your favorite branch of the armed forces. Of course, you could also keep things more casual with a black hoodie and black joggers as well.
