The Nike Air Force 1 LV8 “Valentine’s Day” shoe drops in preschool kids’, toddler kids’ and grade school kids’ sizes February 7 at Hibbett | City Gear.
The Nike Force 1 LV8 1 “Valentine’s Day” sneaker comes in shades of Picante Red, Pink Spell and white. It’s the cutest way to say “I love you!” Grab them in preschool kids’, toddler kids’ and grade school kids’ sizes starting February 7 — just in time to break them in for Valentine’s Day.
A white leather upper is covered by several shiny red patent leather uppers at key zones. You’ll notice them wrapping around the ventilated toe box, across the eyestays and from the ankle to the heel. These look slightly shinier on the toddlers’ shoes — perhaps to make them more stain resistant against the increased risk of drops and spills.
A pink Swoosh covers the middle on both sides — though on the lateral middle, this Swoosh is filled with little candy hearts. There’s additional love-themed branding on the white tongue. Two pink hearts fill the usual branding zone, with the right shoe reading “AF1” and the left shoe reading “Love.”
You’ll notice a few more pink details, like the pink Swoosh at the top of the lace box, pink Nike branding on the heel and a pink insole featuring branding in red. All of this sits on an elevated white midsole — where the “LV8” comes from — which should give your kid a little more support. The outsole is also white with the usual traction circle patterns at the forefoot and heel.
Though little ones won’t remember the OG version of this 1982 Bruce Kilgore design, that won’t stop them from digging it now. Fully embrace the holiday theme with an all-red sweatsuit. Or, help them feel the love with a cute Valentine’s Day tee and heart-embroidered crew socks.
