The Nike PG 6 NRG “Multicolor” men’s basketball shoe launches April 29 at Hibbett | City Gear.

This year, Nike celebrated Valentine’s Day by releasing an “Everlasting Love Pack” featuring cupid-themed shoes from some of the top stars in basketball. While styles from LeBron James and Kyrie Irving have already dropped, we’re still awaiting one new model from Paul George.

The lightweight upper on this shoe stuns in a deep teal color that at first glance, isn’t super reminiscent of Valentine’s Day. But when you peek a bit closer and see the embroidered butterflies along the middle and heel, the theme fits a little better. These flit around the pink-embroidered Swoosh, which is reversed from its usual position on a mint circular patch on the outer heel. On the medial side is a similar scene, with a smaller dark teal Swoosh that fits inside the entire mint green patch.

The pops of color don’t stop there. There’s also a multicolor foliage print at the midfoot and lace tabs to add to the tropical vibe. A pink tongue tab stands out beautifully on the mint tongue. It features Paul George’s signature along with a basketball shot through with one of Cupid’s arrows. You’ll notice similar imagery on the pink insoles, which also have Cupid himself and a hoop with a heart-shaped backboard.

A white midsole adds cushioning on the medial side, while the pink and white marbled outsole contrasts sharply with the teal upper. As a final finishing touch, this shoe comes with a heart-shaped hang tag reminding you to “Just Do It.”

This bright, eye-catching shoe looks fabulous both on and off the court, but we like how well it will help you float past the competition—much like the troublesome Cupid—thanks to its lightweight construction. Pair these kicks with pink basketball shorts and some crew socks to look like a lover that’s not afraid to fight for the win.

PG-13 clearly had a dreamy vision when crafting this love-inspired shoe. Though Valentine’s Day is over, this shoe can keep you in love with your game all-year long. Shop for it in men’s sizes starting April 29, online or at your local Hibbett | City Gear.
