While you probably know Allen Iverson best for his achievements on the court, or maybe his signature Reebok sneaker collection, do you know what else AI loves almost as much as basketball? Motorcycles. Since easing into retirement, The Answer has taken up the bike life in a big way, and that’s reflected in his latest shoe release.

This shoe is actually the second in Reebok’s Street Sleigh footwear collection, which pays homage to the brand’s motorsports ties. Back in the mid-80s, they were well known for sponsoring important races.

In particular, the “I3 Motorsports” release is all about customization. Iverson’s love of jewelry and looking his best in the game and on his bike played a big role in the kicks’ looks. The slick black and silver colorway utilizes the same OG design seen on the shoes Iverson wore the year he won MVP. However, the new “Bike Life” rendition sees several upgrades to help you gear up for your next ride.

From the start, the matte black upper and glossy silver base call to mind the high contrast of an ATV or dirt bike. The mudguard and sole unit also glow in a shimmery silver hue atop the transparent gray outsole. A black lace guard with a mesh tongue highlights a traditional lacing system.

Reebok branding on the heel, tongue and middle helps you show off your brand pride. And the shoe wouldn’t be complete without the signature “3” — Iverson’s number during his time with the Sixers — embroidered in black and silver on the heel stabilizer.
