At this point, Billionaire Boys Club’s Bee Line and Timberland go hand-in-hand. The two brands are teaming up for their ninth collaboration with a new fusion of styles.
The Bee Line x Timberland 6″ Rubber Toe Boot is dropping in three distinct colorways in both men’s and women’s sizes. There will be Wheat, black and red monochromatic styles hitting stores on November 17.
First up is the classic Wheat colorway — the color most typically associated with street-savvy fashionistas stomping their way through life. The tan boot features an iconic rubber toe with vertical-line detailing. The rest of the boot is crafted from premium nubuck Better Leather sourced from a sustainable tannery.
You’ll see “Bee Line” embedded on the lateral heel. Above that on the ankle is the typical embossed Timberland tree logo. Around the ankle is dark brown padding that adds cushioning whether you’re taking the stage at a hip-hop festival or climbing your first mountain. Metallic gold grommets hold the red and yellow laces in place. Underfoot is the traditional grippy rubber outsole in the same Wheat color.
The black and red versions of this shoe are nearly identical — except they’re all monochromatic. The black shoe even features matching black grommets, laces and ankle padding for a truly dark look. Same with the red boot — you’ll find all matching red components for a look worthy of the devil.
One final detail you’re sure to appreciate is the attached lace tag with a bee logo. It adds a cute bit of flair that turns these from rugged outdoor boots into lifestyle kicks you can rock anywhere.
Creative director of Bee Line, Joe Au, said he drew inspiration for the boot from the working-class people who wear Timberlands day after day on the grind. Another inspiration? Being eco-friendly. Both the Durable ReBOTL fabric lining and the TimberDry waterproof membrane are made with at least 50% recycled plastic.
Styling these Timbs won’t be hard. You could try the rugged, outdoor look — leggings or cargo pants with a sherpa pullover. But if you’re looking for a more culturally inspired interpretation, try them with jeans and a baggy hoodie to look fresh. Bonus points if you can coordinate the shoe’s colors in your outfit.
You’ll want to make a beeline for the Bee Line x Timberland 6″ Rubber Toe Boot in red, black and Wheat colorways starting November 17. Grab them online or at your local Hibbett | City Gear in the following sizes:
