The 59th NFL National Championships in New Orleans were a touchdown for sports, style, and community vibes, thanks to Hibbett and Nike. On February 7 and 8, 2025, the Nike Football Arena at Joe Brown Park and Hibbett Village became the ultimate destination for fans to celebrate football, fashion, and fun.

Day 1 of the event welcomed dozens of local girls' flag football teams for mini games, skills challenges and mentorship moments, followed by Nike's "The Next Ones," a select group of rising stars in men's high school football on day Day 2.

Youth players also took to the gridiron over the weekend of sports and entertainment as part of a Nike N7 kids football bootcamp.

And let’s talk about the food—iconic NOLA flavors from food trucks like Grilling Shilling BBQ and Catering, Conchon King BBQ, and NeauxLA RolLA Food Bus had everyone coming back for more. Plus, sneakerheads got to customize their kicks, creating one-of-a-kind keepsakes to remember the weekend.

Leading up to the big weekend, 400 Hibbett customer were given access to VIP credentials at one of our New Orleans-area stores. VIPs scored big with free shuttle service, free tasting plates from the food trucks, and exclusive access to the event.
