On October 2, the adidas brand invites you to color outside the lines with the release of the Crayola x adidas D.O.N. Issue #2 sneaker pack, a playful trio of colorful tones — “Sky Blue,” “Jazzberry Jam” and “Banana Mania.” According to adidas, the Crayola pack celebrates self-expression, whether in life or the court.
Utah Jazz player Donovan Mitchell is well known for his playful releases like his “Spidey-Sense” rendition, “Geek Up” colorway, “Stealth Spider-Man” edition and others. Packed with incredibe cutting-edge tech his men’s Crayola basketball sneakers live up to the hype of their predecessors.
The adidas D.O.N. Issue #2 features a lightweight, Flexible Bounce midsole that moves with your foot. The sneaker’s corded lacing system helps provide a snug fit, while the lightweight upper layers mesh on mesh for a breathable feel.
The “Banana Mania” colorway comes outfitted in Solar Gold and Solar Yellow with Core Black accents. Power Pink jives with black accents on the “Jazzberry Jam” edition, while the “Sky Blue” colorway mixes Signal Cyan with Core Black.
Aside from the comic-book-style zig-zags playing along the shoe’s sides, underfoot you’ll find the Crayola logo peeking out from beneath the translucent, webbed outsole. Mitchell’s spider logo crawls along the heel in black, and a “Free to Create” slogan appears on the lacing system.
Pick up a pair (or three) of these fresh-out-of-the-box adidas basketball shoes on October 2. Let your creative side shine when you mix and match these colorful kicks with adidas apparel and accessories too!
