To celebrate the shoe’s 25th anniversary, Jordan Brand is all set to release the retro version of the Air Jordan 11 Low IE in as close to the OG form as you’ll ever see it.

The Air Jordan 11 Retro Low IE drops in a nearly perfect “Bred” rendition, composed of black, True Red and white elements, on September 17 in men’s sizes only.

Black full-grain leather gives the shoe that luxe feel that MJ brought to the court night in and night out. Diagonal stitching adds a striped accent look along the ankle and forefoot. Triangular mesh vents outlined in suede overlays adorn the shoe’s middle and wrap around to the toe box. The black leather tongue features a stitched red Jumpman that stands out big and bold. Red also appears on the ankle collar for another bright pop.

Beneath this black and red construction sits a white composite midsole that curves along the shoe’s edges — initially designed by Tinker Hatfield to give MJ more stability during his fast movements. A translucent and milky outsole bubbles up from the bottom with telltale herringbone traction pattern lines on the side.
