Sneakers Release – LeBron 19 “Space Jam” Preschool, Toddler & Grade School Kids’ Shoe Launching 12/4

The Nike LeBron 19 “Space Jam” crash lands in stores beginning December 4 in a colorway befitting King James and his ragtag team of “Looney Tunes” characters. Find the shoes in toddler, preschool and grade school sizes, perfect for those new and OG “Space Jam” fans alike.

Welcome to the “Space Jam!” Maybe you were a ‘90s kid and cut your teeth on the high-flying, heart-pumping action of Michael Jordan’s OG “Space Jam” in ’96. Or perhaps this July’s “Space Jam: A New Legacy” was your first foray with the Tune Squad. Either way, be prepared to pump up the jam with the latest colorway from LeBron James and Nike.

Earlier this year, cartoonish Tune Squad palettes rolled out to introduce the LeBron 19 silhouette, but the “Space Jam” colorway dials back those vibrant colors in favor of a more muted blue, grey and white palette. A translucent white textile layer swaths the shoe’s upper, softening the grey-and-white maps of both the Warner Brothers lot and the Nike headquarters printed on the mesh beneath.

Following previous LeBron models, the lightweight, durable upper paves the way for futuristic colorways amped up with bold graphics. An internal bootie contributes to the out-of-this-world fit of the shoe, so even the smallest ballers can outwit the Goon Squad (or their playground playmates).

A translucent, pressurized Air bubble protects the top of the foot during games or everyday play, while a traditional lacing system employs blue laces that weave through midfoot plastic clips to stabilize the foot. The toddler version of the shoe uses a hook-and-loop closure.

Soft foam cushions the foot in complete comfort, along with a see-through Zoom Air unit located in the forefoot and clear Max Air units positioned under the heel. In case there’s any doubt about who reigns supreme, whether on the court or the silver screen, take a peep at the white crown at the shoe’s toe and the King James branding incorporated throughout the sneaker.

The insoles feature a “Space Jam”-themed twinkling galaxy of stars to take its wearers out into the universe, while rows of traction patterns lining the shoe’s rubber outsole keep any player grounded when it’s game time.
