The Reebok Pump Omni Zone II “Black/Glen Green/White” men’s basketball shoe launches April 15 at Hibbett | City Gear.

What do you get when you pump up The Green? A nostalgic basketball sneaker that’ll help you rep your favorite team! Elevate your vintage bball style this spring with the all-new Reebok Pump Omni Zone II “Celtics” colorway — a blend of Core Black and Glen Green with hints of white.

This retro-style shoe takes its design cues from a 1991 player-exclusive model dedicated to the feats of Dee Brown. At the time, the Celtics point guard popularized the Pumps when he executed the “no-look dunk,” which made him that year’s NBA Slam Dunk champ.

This old-school shoe features a prominent orange basketball on the tongue, which allows its wearer to inflate (or deflate) the Pump air chamber for a custom, foot-hugging fit.

The upper of the “Celtics” silhouette relies on crisp Core Black leather blended with Glen Green mesh along the quarter panels and ankle. Wavy white overlays along the shoe’s sides add a distinctive design element while serving to stabilize the foot.

The men’s Reebok shoe also relies on Hexalite hexagonal cushioning to provide honeycomb-like support underfoot, with an EVA midsole and TPU insert offering additional comfort. Insoles mimic the look of the Celtics’ parquet home court.

Get a glimpse of the inner Hexalite cushioning when you flip the shoe over to reveal its outsole. This framed-out Hexalite window gets incorporated into black rubber, while strategic Glen Green herringbone provides unmatched traction on the court.
