Heat Check: Nike x Hibbett Host First Connected Membership Events in Texas and Georgia

Hibbett and Nike recently brought two exclusive "Heat Check" events to Hibbett stores in Arlington, Texas, and Austell, Georgia, to celebrate the launch of Hibbett x Nike's new Connected Membership loyalty program.

As Connected Members, Hibbett and Nike customers unlock perks like Member-only products, Toe-to-Head® deals on complete Nike & Jordan fits in Hibbett stores, Member Rewards, and other special offers. In addition to these perks, Hibbett x Nike Connected Members also get access to exciting experiences.

This month, the Hibbett and Nike crew invited Arlington-area Connected Members to join them for an exciting athlete appearance and panel discussion featuring the Dallas Maverick's Tim Hardaway Jr., Dallas Wings' Crystal Dangerfield, Celebrity Stylist Derrick Robinson of DEXROB, and moderator and host Janae Sims.

Attendees paused for a “Heat Check” in an on-site Tunnel Walk experience before hearing what these leaders and tastemakers had to say about the upcoming basketball season, fall fashion, and cultivating their personal brands.

Heat Check Panelists at the Austell, GA Nike Connected Member event

In Austell, panel guests included the Atlanta Dream's Haley Jones, former WNBA Player and Celebrity Stylist Chloe Jackson, and Entertainment Host and Moderator Christina "Ms. Basketball" Granville.

Not only did Connected Members enjoy refreshments, snapping pics in the Tunnel Walk Cam, and connecting with the panelists, but one special group of attendees walked away with a $5,000 donation from Hibbett and Nike.

South Cobb High School has long been a key player in connecting the Austell community and Hibbett. As a thank you, Nike and Hibbett honored the South Cobb High School women's basketball team with $5,000 to help support their season.
